We were appointed by Runnymede Borough Council as its delivery partner for a £200m regeneration programme.

The Runnymede Regeneration Programme will see a number of sites redeveloped across the borough over the next decade.

A new leisure centre

The new Leisure Centre will include a 25m eight-lane swimming pool, multi-use sports hall, fitness suite, health spa, café, crèche and community GP consultation room.

Following a public consultation event in January 2017 the proposals for the Leisure centre were approved by the council's planning committee and works are due for completion in early 2019.

Ashdene House

This phase of the transformative Runnymede Regeneration Programme is proposing to turn Ashdene House, Englefield Green into bespoke state-of-the-art student accommodation..

Egham Gateway West

This phase of the programme will provide a new gateway to the west of Egham High Street.
