Placemaking
We undertake a full range of placemaking services, including:
- small and large-scale mixed developments with the appropriate
facilities and services to make a place sustainable
- multi-million pound regeneration projects where we work with
partners to develop and deliver a masterplan
- long-term management of communities where we work closely with
local people to improve their neighbourhoods
- developing new ways to limit the effects that new and existing
homes have on the environment
- the creation of green open spaces and
recreational facilities in new and existing communities.

- a domiciliary care service which
provides a range of services to people in their home
- specialist care and support services for older people provided
at our purpose-built sheltered and
extra care schemes
- schemes that support people with a disability or mental health
problem, women escaping domestic abuse and homeless people.
