Places for People Scotland is a subsidiary of Castle Rock Edinvar. It provides homes for sale and rent, property management/factoring to owners, commercial and office space for lease and event/gallery space for hire.

Castle Rock Edinvar is our housing provider and neighbourhood management company in Scotland which is responsible for more than 6,200 homes.

Cotman Housing Association
is our housing provider based in Norwich which manages 3,399 homes across East Anglia.


Touchstone is one of our property management companies, responsible for managing over 22,000 properties for a range of clients.

(RMG) is a property services group which is responsible for managing over 76,400 properties for a range of clients.

Places for People Leisure
is a leisure management contractor that manages 116 leisure facilities on behalf of local authorities across the UK.

Girlings logo

Girlings is a specialist lettings and management business dealing exclusively with the age 55-plus market. It is responsible for around 2,400 properties throughout the UK.


Allenbuild operates within London and South East England, using traditional design and a partnering approach, to undertake new build, refurbishment and fit-out-contracts within the public and private sectors.
