Capital City Homes (CCH) is based in Edinburgh is a partnership between Edinburgh City Council and
Places for People to develop affordable housing for rent and homes for sale on land provided by the city
council.
The aim of the partnership is to develop mixed tenure schemes using land provided by the city council
where profits generated from the homes for sale are used to cross-subsidise the development of affordable
homes. CCH offers an attractive contribution to meeting Edinburgh's need for homes for affordable rent.
