Our specialist Learning and Development team works with you to support and develop you and your colleagues. This ensures that you are at the forefront of the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to be successful in your role. We do this through seminars, workshops, coaching, training modules or simply arranging to meet with colleagues in the Group facing the same challenges as you.
Everyone has an individualised learning and development plan which is regularly reviewed and amended in line with what the business needs. You will participate in 1-1’s, interim and annual reviews of your performance. And receive regular feedback on your current delivery and future potential.
