hours a day, seven days a week, all 0800 calls are free from a
landline and local numbers can be cheaper from a mobile phone.
Call us free from your
mobile
If your mobile phone deal includes
free landline calls then you can now telephone the customer contact
centre for free using your mobile. To use this service simply
dial 0116 304 0800 then enter the contact centre telephone number
followed by the hash key (#). If you don’t get free minutes
to UK landlines then calls will still be charged at normal landline
rate. This is a new service provided by ‘0800 Buster’ –

When you call please have your property reference number, house
number or postcode ready.
