The Audit Commission completed a 'short notice housing
inspection' in March 2010 for Places for People Homes. The
inspectors looked at a number of services including responsive
repairs, gas servicing, resident involvement, access and customer
care, diversity and value for money.
Take a look at the final report and our action plan that we devised and agreed with
customers. The plan shows how we responded to the Audit
Commission's recommendations.
The progress update on this action plan shows how
we've now completed all of the tasks set by the report.
The action plan was signed-off as 'completed' with our National
Customer Forum on 28th September 2010.
