Automated payment - anytime
Want to make a payment quickly - without having to talk to
anyone? Get your debit or credit card ready and telephone your
contact centre. Select the automated payment option when
prompted. This service is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
Direct debit and PayPoint
Set up a direct debit by calling the contact centre. You can also use
your payment swipe card at any shop or post office that has the
PayPoint facility.
When you've made a payment
Make a note of your receipt number. If you've paid online you
can email the receipt to yourself on the receipt page.
