Once you've logged a repair
Our in-house team or a local contractor will contact you to make
an appointment. Appointments can be made between 8am - 8pm
Monday to Friday and Saturday between 8am - 1pm.

Emergency repairs
Don't report emergencies - like burst pipes or gas leaks -
online. Telephone us immediately. Lines are open 24 hours.
