Our in-house team or a local contractor will contact you to make
an appointment. Appointments can be made between 8am - 8pm
Monday to Friday and Saturday between 8am - 1pm.
You can also track your repairs history online. Register for eServices or log-in to your
account.
If you own your home
You may need to make the repairs yourself. Call us on

Emergency repairs
Don't report emergencies - like burst pipes or gas leaks -
