We want you to be happy with our service and we want to know what you think about us.

If we've got things wrong, we need to know. We take complaints very seriously and will deal with them quickly. We have a team of Customer Feedback Co-ordinators who will log your complaint and allocate it to a manager to carry out a full investigation. The Customer Feedback Team will track the progress of your complaint until it is closed.
