National Customer Liaison Panel
The National Customer Liaison Panel (NCLP) is made up from representatives from the Area Customer Liaison Panels. There are currently 21 members from across the country.
The role of the NCLP is to work in partnership with Places for People to improve opportunities for customers to be involved, to scrutinise the services we provide and performance and to support the Group with the delivery of its aims, values and Business Plan.
The NCLP scrutiny role sees the members looking in depth at the services we deliver to customers. They then tell us where we are doing well and challenge us on areas where we can make improvements.
The NCLP produces an annual business plan which outlines it s full aims and objectives. The panel meets as a whole three times a year and holds an Annual General Meeting. Meetings are usually held in York over 2 days.
