Scrutiny
The NCLP scrutiny role sees customers looking in-depth at the services we provide. By visiting our area offices, speaking to staff and meeting other customers they get a real insight into the service. They can then tell us from a customer's point of view where we are doing well and challenge us to do better.
Since April 2006 the NCLP has scrutinised:
· Customer Service
· ASB
· Allocations
· Individual Support Services for older and young people
· Response Repairs
· Cyclical Painting Contract
· Aids & Adaptations
The scrutiny exercises are a very effective way of improving the services we provide to you. Who better to tell us how to improve our services than the customers who use them everyday?
