Area Customer Liaison Panels

Area Customer Liaison Panels (ACLP) are groups of local customers who meet regularly.

Their role is to work with Places for People to improve services for customers and to make neighbourhoods better places to live. Each ACLP has an action plan which sets out it's aims for the year ahead. At the end of every year the ACLP checks to see how much of a difference they have made for customers in their area.
