3. What information do I need to provide when I call you?
You will need to provide the Contact Centre Agent with your house number and postcode and if available your property reference number, so that we can access your information.
4. Can you answer my rent enquiries?
Yes, but we do require you to provide us with your payment reference number for security purposes and Data Protection.
5. Can I contact you about new housing applications?
Yes, we can provide you with information about our properties and if required we can arrange for an application form to be sent out to you.
6. Can I still speak to my local Area Office?
Yes, we have access to all of the Local Area Offices and if required we will transfer your call.
7. If I am not happy with the service that I have received, who can I speak to?
You can still contact us; we will ensure that your concerns are dealt with by the Duty Manager.
8. Can I pay my rent over the telephone?
Yes, we accept payments by credit or debit card and this service is available 24 hours a day. You can also pay your rent online, using payments online.
9. If I am unsure about a repair problem I have, who do I contact?
You can contact us at anytime and our fully trained Agents will be happy to talk you through our repairs process. You can also use the repairs online tool, to report an non-urgent repair.
