Customer Inspection Teams
Customer assessors accompany staff assessors and visit different offices across the country to help us carry out practice inspections.
They then comment on how services can be improved in particular areas.
How to Join:
If you are interested in customer inspection teams, we ask that you please complete a short membership form. We will contact you shortly after receiving this.
Please note: The membership form is for all aspects of involvement for Places for People.
You do not have to complete separate forms for each group.
