How do I get involved with Places for People?
There are a range of ways that you can get involved and feedback your comments to us. See Getting involved.
What happens to my feedback?
The feedback that you give is fed back into the way that we plan our future homes, products and services. Your comments are built into reports that senior managers use for business planning.
I would like to nominate a member of staff for a Star Award, what do I do?
If you would like to nominate a member of staff for the award you can either do it online by downloading a nomination form from - Star Awards or by requesting a form from your local office.
Where can I find the National Customer Liaison Panel minutes?
The minutes can be found under the NCLP section of this website.
Is there any funding available for community groups?
Your local Area Customer Liaison Panel have a budget set aside each year to support community projects. Contact your local Neighbourhood Manager for more details.
If I incur costs for travel whilst taking part in these groups, can I claim expenses?
