What do I do if I want information in another language over the phone?
We work with a company called Language Line who can provide three way conversation over the phone. If you contact your area office and request the language that you would like, we can arrange this on the spot.
What do I do if I want, or if I know someone who wants information printed in another language?
Our customer booklets are available in a range of languages (see translated publications). If you require a document explaining we can arrange for an interpreter to go over the details with you.
What do I do if I have communications difficulties, for example, hard of hearing?
We will assess any communication issues during the sign up process. If you would prefer we can communicate with you via text with information i.e. appointments. We also have a minicom number: 0800 432 0008.
Can I request all information to be sent to me to be in a particular format, i.e. large print?
Yes. If you contact your area office or phone the contact centre, they can arrange for large print to be sent out to you. For full contact details click here.
