I need to report a repair and I don't know who to contact?

You can phone the 24 hour Contact Centre.  If you are a tenant you can also report it online www.placesforpeople.co.uk/repairs/

Can I request an appointment time for contractors to attend?

Unfortunately customers cannot request a time from contractors. We will give you a 24 hour period and where you can request am or pm.
