Getting Involved
Working with our customers is extremely important to us. You are the people using our products and services, therefore, it makes sense that you should be the ones to tell us what you think of them.
Customers can get involved in helping to improve services in several ways and you can pick the method best suits you.
The level of involvement that you have is completely down to you:
- Meeting up regularly for Residents Associations
- Giving a few hours every couple of months to your ACLP
- Commenting through postal and email surveys with the Voice group
We would be grateful for any amount of participation that you can give.
