Gas safety checks
We check the gas
appliances in your home once a year. If you are out when an
engineer calls, they will leave a card asking you to contact them
to make an appointment. Our engineers work seven days a week,
so you can make an appointment on a Saturday or Sunday if that
suits you better.
We always use Gas Safe registered contractors and
fitters. Always ask to see their identity cards before letting
them into your home.
To make a gas service appointment call our customer contact
centre (numbers listed below). Appointments can be
made between 8am - 8pm Monday to Friday, Saturday and
Sunday between 8am - 1pm.
