How to join
We are always looking for new Voice members! Ideally, we would like to have representatives from all customer groups giving their comments. Remember this is your chance to make a difference and help to shape our services and help us improve how we do things.
If you would like to use your voice and become a member, we ask that you please complete a short questionnaire about yourself. This is so we know the different ages, ethnicity and areas that customers are from and helps us to know if we currently have true reflection of our customer base commenting on our services. It also enables us to only send out surveys which are relevant to you.

Please note: The membership form is for all aspects of involvement for Places for People.
You do not have to complete separate forms for each group.
