There is a local piece of land in Ingol that is in a very poor condition and is a nuisance to neighbouring customers	As part of the Community Involvement Day, Places for People teamed up with Landscapes and the local community to dig over and renovate an area of land into an area of beauty for local customers to take pride in
You would like to see better services delivered to leasehold customers	We employed a regional Leasehold Housing Officer to dedicate resources to our leasehold customers
In the Longsight and North Manchester areas you told us that you were interested in purchasing your homes	We introduced the Social Home Buy scheme which looks at providing a discount and a range of options to customers for purchasing their own properties
Received comments that envelopes used where displaying personal information	Sourced different sized envelope to alleviate the problem
Concerns received about fly tipping on a scheme – requested letter to be sent to all customers	Letters sent to all customers within the scheme and notice put up regarding fly tipping. Advice also given regarding removal of large items
