If you would like to buy a home of your own, but can’t quite afford it, our Newbuild Homebuy scheme may be the answer.
This low cost method of part owning and part renting a property on a shared ownership basis is available to people who are finding it difficult to purchase a home outright.
The scheme allows you to buy an initial share of between 25% and 75% of the property and pay a rent on the remaining share which you do not own. Gradually, as you are able to afford it, you can buy further shares until you own the home outright.
