If you’re over 55 and looking for a new home with a little bit of support then one of our sheltered housing developments might be just what you need. You’ll still have your own place, with the high-quality accommodation and privacy you expect but in a secure environment.

You’ll get a self-contained apartment with a lounge, kitchen, bedroom and private bathroom. And you don’t have to worry about maintenance. If building or repair work needs to be done, we take care of it, giving you the freedom to simply enjoy your living space.

All our sheltered developments have a dedicated support officer who you can call on for help. This, coupled with a 24-hour back up service provided by our contact centre, means that support is available at any time, day or night.

And, because our sheltered developments are situated in the heart of communities, you can still be close to friends and family. We’ll even help you get the best of the local services available such as healthcare, leisure and social activities.

Applying for a home
You can apply for sheltered housing if you are over 55, or if you are under 55 and have a disability. If you are part of a couple and one of you meets our criteria, you are also welcome to apply.
