How to make a claim*
If you need to make a claim on the building insurance policy, please contact the Contact Centre on 0800 432 0009 and ask for a claim form to be sent to you. All calls are free from a landline.

Notification of your Claim
You will need to notify us of a claim as soon as possible.
You will also need to provide full details, including any supporting evidence, in writing to Zurich Municipal, if required, within 30 days of the claim (7 days in respect of riot or malicious damage).
In the event of a theft or malicious damage please notify the Police as soon as possible and make a note of the crime reference number which they give you. You will be required to provide this crime reference number to Zurich Municipal.
