Wolverton Park wins Gold 

Wolverton Park, a historic railway site that has been redeveloped by Places for People to provide 300 new homes alongside shops, restaurants and bars, has won Gold at the prestigious What House? Awards, in the Best Mixed Use Development category.

The judges particularly admired the townhouses built inside the Royal Train Shed building, noting the `quite incredible` construction and the `original character and superb lighting`. They also praised the `delightful array of new homes` on offer at the scheme.
