New staff:
We would like to welcome Kaylie and Lynne to Newbiggin Hall nursery.  Kaylie will be working alongside Kymm with the 18months to 2 year old group, and Lynne is our new cook.

Ofsted:
We had our Ofsted inspection in September 2007. Ofsted complete an inspection on all day nurseries every three years. The inspection went very well, and the report will be placed on the parents’ notice board for parents to read; it can also be down loaded from the Ofsted website.

Charity Events:
We would like to thank all the children and parents for helping us to raise money for various charities over the past few months.  We raised £20 for the Jeans for Jeans Day, we raised £679 for the Toddle Woddle and at the last count we have raised over £70 for Children in need, and we are still counting! 

Photographs from events will be displayed on the board near the story area for parents to look at, and then placed in our Events Photograph Album, which is kept on the unit near the door.
