The Safe and Sound Personal Call Alarm
You
can call for help from any room in the home with this handy home
hub and wireless emergency button. Once you’ve pressed the
alarm button we will respond straight away. We will either contact
a relative, friend or neighbour, or even the emergency services. We
will keep talking to you until help arrives.
Our contact centre is open 24 hours a day, every day so can you
rest assured that help will always be on hand. You can even add a
bogus caller button, heat sensor, flood alert and many other clever
devices to keep you safe and secure. This service costs from as
little as 75p a day.
Mobile Emergency Locater
The Mobile Emergency Locator lets you leave the house safe in the
knowledge that should you get into difficulty while you’re out, you
can still call for help. The Locator, which looks a little like a
mobile phone, works by pressing an emergency button. Once
activated, this clever device is able to tell us exactly where you
are so we can let someone know, like a family member or neighbour.
Available to buy at £199, the Locator operates by using a SIM card
of your choice.
Videophone
Want to see your loved ones
when you talk to them but don’t want the hassle of computers?
Simply plug this device into your phone, call someone up and away
you go - you can now see each other. The person you are calling
will also need the device, of course, but imagine the reassurance
your family will get from seeing that you’re ok. Or the delight
you’ll get from being able to see a distant grandchild. The
videophone is available from £125 per unit and there are no
additional running costs.
