The people's choice award
Star Awards is a scheme which gives us an opportunity to recognise the great work that goes on by staff around the Places for People Group. This is your chance to give us your thoughts and input as to who should win the People’s Choice Award. It’s down to you to decide!
This award is for individual employees; unfortunately we cannot accept whole teams. If you feel several people in a team should be nominated, please put them forward separately.
This award is about great customer service, positive attitude and those people who truly make a difference. We are also looking for the following qualities in our employee:
Treated people as individuals and with courtesy and respect at all times
Is approachable and supportive
Treated concerns and complaints with seriousness and sensitivity
Communicated with care – used positive language free from discrimination
Got the job done and seen it through to the end
Demonstrated empathy and a real understanding
