Applications for the Group's Emerging Talent programme are now open.
The Emerging Talent programme welcomes enthusiastic individuals into businesses across the Group, providing them with bespoke learning and development opportunities. The programme aims to develop skills and experience necessary to kickstart their career.
The programme runs for two years and in that time members will work operationally alongside their own personalised development framework.
Over 20 candidates joined the programme last year from various backgrounds. The cohort is rich in diversity - part of what makes it such a unique programme.
Lizzy Cormack, Business Improvement Analyst, and part of the 2020 Emerging Talent programme says:
