My name is Henry and I’ve really enjoyed my first few months at the company, being based at our head office in Cheapside.
It’s been fantastic joining a well-established company which has given me real responsibility for influential projects from day one.
One of the most interesting things so far has been our cohort project to support more young adults on to the housing ladder, set by the CEO. This has enabled me to collaborate with people across the organisation which is a highly unique experience!
There are constantly new opportunities to explore and any new ideas are listened to with open minds. Personally, I enjoy learning more about each step of the process, gaining more knowledge whilst also attempting to challenge traditional views with a fresh approach.
Most importantly though, from day one there are plenty of people around to help you out - there really are no stupid questions!
About me
- I love darts! One of my proudest achievements was being crowned the 2018/19 Southern University Darts League Captain’s Cup winner.
- Previously, I built up and ran my own used car business, which helped me gain a lot of real world experience.
- My degree was a BSc in Economics & Management from the University of Bristol, having graduated in 2019
