Group company Derwent Living was named winner of the Community Focused Service / Product of the Year Award category 

Our People First Strategy has been shortlisted in four different categories at this year’s Engage Awards.

Our People First Strategy puts customers, colleagues and clients at the heart of everything we do.

The Group has been shortlisted for two further categories, Best customer contact strategy in a crisis and Best customer an employee engagement programme.

• We were nominated for three awards for our joint-venture coastal community, Smith's Dock
• Shortlisted for Best Design 4 Storeys or More, Best Refurbishment Project and Best Regeneration Initiative.

Our joint-venture with Urban Splash, Port Loop, has been Highly Commended in Regeneration Project of the Year category at the West Midlands Property Awards.

Our Customer Taskforce, which contacted more than 58,000 customers across our six affordable housing businesses during the first national lockdown was awarded Silver in the Best Customer Contact Strategy in a Crisis category at the 2020 Engage Awards.  

Our joint-venture with Urban Splash, Smith's Dock, was named winner of the Best Regeneration Initiative and highly commended in the Best Design Four Storeys or More categories at the 2020 Housebuilder Awards.

Our Marketing and PR team was awarded Gold and our Internal Communication Team Silver at the 2020 BOC Brilliance Awards. 

We've been recognised at the 2020 WhatHouse? Awards.

We were awarded Silver in the Best Large Housebuilder category and our Brooklands development also picked up Bronze in the Best Public Realm category.

Port Loop, our joint-venture with Urban Splash, picked up Silver for Best Regeneration Scheme.

Our Tornagrain development in Scotland won Silver in the Best Exterior and Bronze in the Best House categories. 

The Waterfront Townhouse at 55 Degrees North in Edinburgh was also awarded Bronze in the Best House category.

We've been named joint winner of the Social Impact Award at the Property Awards 2020 for our work making a significant difference in our communities.

Group Company, Millwood Designer Homes, picked up two awards at the Evening Standard News Homes Awards – Best Small Development for the Cherry Tree Lane in Ewhurst and Best out of London Home for Pond House at Cherry Tree.

Derwent Living was praised for its Virtual Places project, which provided a virtual reality experience for older customers to support good mental health and reduce social isolation.
