Our Millwood Designer Homes colleague, Luke Thomas, was named Construction Professional of the Year at the South East LABC Excellence Awards 2020.

Luke was also Highly Commended in the Site Manager of the Year category.

Our Colleague Carla Hutchinson was named Student of the Year 2020, for Building Services, The Built Environment & Science at Edinburgh College for further education students. Carla, an electrical apprentice with Castle Rock Edinvar also scooped gold for the Academic Excellence Award, electrical installation.

Places for People Leisure was awarded the Brilliance in IC award, as well as the Brilliance in Recruitment and Retention at the 2019 IC and HR Brilliance Awards.

Smith's Dock, North Shields is an innovative coastal community close to Newcastle City Centre.

Our Hawthorne Avenue development in Hull, a partnerships between ourselves, ilke Homes and Keepmoat Homes was named Offsite Project of the Year at the Construing Excellence Awards 2019.

We were named Top Performing Organisation with 31+ registered QUEST facilities at the 2019 CIMSPA & QUEST NBS Conference Awards.

Our Joint Venture with Urban Splash, Port Loop, was highly commended in the Regeneration Project of the Year category.

Our innovative DREEAM development in Padiham, Lancashire was highly commended in the Project of the Year category at the 2019 Energy Management Awards.

We were presented with two awards for joint-venture developments with Urban Splash at The Pineapples 2019.

The Port Loop development in Birmingham won the Future Place Category, whilst Smith’s Dock in North Shields was crowned winner of the Place in Progress category.

Group company ZeroC were joint winners with A & J Stephen for Tornagrain in the Medium Private Development category.

The development is the Scottish Highlands’ newest town, with a long term vision to create a whole new sustainable community comprising 5000 homes, jobs, as well as amenities and green spaces.
