Redevelopment of Egham town centre is currently underway, as part of the second phase of the Runnymede Regeneration programme. It will bring more than 100 homes of mixed-tenure, as well as retail units, restaurants, and a new public square.
Providing a new gateway to the town centre, the development will also see a new four screen Everyman cinema open.
The main building works are set to complete towards the end of 2021.
The scheme has been developed following extensive consultation with planning officers, Council members, architectural industry colleagues, local residents and stakeholders.

"These are exciting times for Egham as our regeneration work across the borough continues to gather pace."
