About PfP Thrive
PfP Thrive exists to support the housing and construction sector by developing the skilled workforce it needs today and for the future.
We are committed to improving lives through high-quality training, sustainable employment, and stronger communities. Our focus is simple: to help housing organisations build capability, address skills shortages, and invest in their people.
We deliver apprenticeships, technical training, and future skills programmes designed specifically for the housing sector. From core trades such as Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Property Maintenance, to emerging areas like heat pumps, solar energy and decarbonisation, our provision is aligned to real workforce needs.
A National Training Provider
PfP Thrive operates nationally, supporting employers and learners across the UK.
Our main academy is based in Derby, where we deliver high-quality, block-release apprenticeship training in a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility. This model enables learners from across the country to access consistent, hands-on training in a dedicated environment.
Alongside our Derby academy, we work through a network of Thrive Hubs and employer sites across the UK. This allows us to deliver flexible, accessible training that meets the needs of organisations wherever they are based.
Built for the Sector
We work in partnership with housing organisations to understand their workforce priorities and design training that delivers real impact. Whether supporting new apprentices, upskilling existing colleagues, or developing future skills, our programmes are tailored to your business.
All income generated is reinvested back into training and community support, helping to widen access, strengthen the sector, and create long-term value.
At PfP Thrive, we are proud to support housing organisations to develop their people, strengthen their services, and build a more sustainable future.
