Our Partners
At PfP Thrive, our partnerships are the foundation of everything we do. We work with a wide range of organisations who share our commitment to tackling the skills shortage in housing and construction, improving training standards, and creating lasting social value. Each partner plays a unique role in helping us, and the sector, thrive.
Learner partners
These are organisations who engage with PfP Thrive to upskill their workforce through apprenticeships, bootcamps, and short courses. They’re committed to investing in their People and ensuring their teams are equipped with the skills needed to deliver safe, high-quality services to tenants and Communities.
Strategic partners
Our strategic partners help shape the direction of our training offer and sector engagement. They include housing associations, contractors, consultancies and industry bodies who collaborate with us on programme design, policy alignment, and innovation.
Social value partners
These partners work with us to maximise the wider impact of our training. Whether through Community outreach, employment pathways, or local regeneration initiatives, they help ensure our programmes deliver real value beyond the classroom - supporting individuals, families, and neighbourhoods to thrive.
Together, these partnerships form a powerful network of organisations united by a shared goal: to build a stronger, more skilled, and more inclusive housing and construction sector.

Our learner partners: Driving change together
At PfP Thrive, our partners are more than Customers - they’re collaborators in a shared mission to raise training standards and tackle the skills shortage across the housing and construction sectors.
By engaging with us for their workforce development needs, our partners directly invest in high-quality, accessible training that empowers individuals and strengthens Communities. But their impact goes far beyond their own organisations. Together, we’re shaping a sector-wide response to one of the UK’s most urgent challenges: the growing gap in skilled professionals.
To ensure we’re listening, learning, and evolving, we’ve established the PfP Thrive Employers Engagement Board - a group of 12 partner representatives who help guide our strategy, challenge our thinking, and ensure our training offer remains relevant, responsive, and impactful.
Every partnership contributes to a wider movement - one that prioritises People, promotes opportunity, and builds a more resilient future for housing and construction.
We’re proud to work with housing associations, local authorities, contractors, and sector leaders who share our values and vision. Their commitment helps ensure that training is not only delivered, but delivered with purpose, quality, and long-term impact.
Employers Engagement Board
At PfP Thrive, we believe that the best training solutions are shaped by the People who use them. That’s why we’ve established our Employers Engagement Board - a dynamic group of 12 partner representatives from across the housing and construction sectors who help guide our strategy, challenge our thinking, and ensure our programmes remain relevant and consistent.
The Board plays a vital role in keeping us connected to the needs of employers. Through regular meetings and open dialogue, members share insights on workforce challenges, emerging legislation, and sector priorities - helping us adapt and innovate in response.
By placing employers at the heart of our decision-making, we’re not just delivering training - we’re co-creating solutions that raise standards, close skills gaps, and drive meaningful change across the Housing Sector.
About PFP Thrive
