CIH level 5 Diploma in Housing
Our level 5 qualification is designed to explore the contextual and specialised knowledge for the housing manager. On completion of a qualification at this level, you can become a chartered member of CIH.
Who's it for?: This qualification is designed for those working in or aspiring to a strategic housing management role in housing.

Learning Time & Assessment Methods
This 12-month programme combines face-to face, online, and self-led learning to demonstrate the required levels of knowledge and understanding. Academically rigorous and rooted in the latest thinking and current housings issues, completion of the qualification delivers Chartered Membership of the CIH.
It comprises:
- 7 face to face/online one day workshops
- 7 assignments
- Access to a dedicated PfP Thrive Tutor (for 1-2-1's, questions and queries, support and coaching)
- Dedicated online space for peer to peer and group learning
- Interactive cohort whiteboards
- Additional learning resources (guided, and self-led)
Assessment methods include: report and essay writing, presentations, and professional discussion.
