Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management​

Retrofit Coordinators are the project managers who oversee domestic retrofit projects from start to finish. They are experienced professionals who support homeowners, Customers and landlords to achieve their retrofit goals. They have to comply with British Standard PAS 2035 and are regulated by a government-endorsed TrustMark consumer protection scheme.​

​Designed for experienced housing, construction and design professionals who hold a minimum of 12 credits towards a Level 3 qualification in a related subject.​
