New Routes Integration support refugees, asylum seekers and migrants, and promote cross-cultural integration and community awareness.
These sessions allow beneficiaries to take part in sport and exercise without barriers, as well as improving wellbeing.
Individuals can also get involved through volunteering, participating in events held by New Routes and attending open days they might hold.
