Our environmental sustainability strategy has been developed with a zero-carbon future in mind, and comprises five key themes.
Social
With homes all across the UK, including in its 25 most deprived areas, we’re in daily contact with the challenges people are facing. Our social value work is aimed at addressing four of society’s biggest challenges.
Governance
Corporate governance is led by our group board. We engage with all stakeholders to ensure their interests are represented as part of the group’s decision-making processes, and that controls are in place to balance these interests.
