Do you need to report damp or mould in your home?

If you’re concerned you have either damp or mould in your home, please call us immediately on 01772 667 002. The line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

To help us to respond to your report of damp or mould, we’ll need to ask you questions about it and about who lives in your home. It is important that you tell us if you or anyone living in your home has health conditions or other vulnerabilities which we need to take into account. 

We may need to be able to visit your home within 24 hours. This means you’ll need to be at home or have a person over 18 at home to let us in to complete work to make safe or investigate.

Need to report something else?

All emergency repairs need to be reported by phone. Please call us immediately on 01772 667002 to report an emergency repair. The line is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Our Customer Contact Centre Colleagues will ask you questions about your repair to make sure you receive the help you need and to determine if your repair is an emergency or urgent.

If your repair is an emergency, we‘ll attend within 24 hours to make safe. If not identified as an emergency or urgent repair, we’ll arrange for you to be sent our next available routine repair appointment.
