Your Community Housing Manager
Your Community Housing Manager (CHM) is your named contact, here to help you feel at home and supported in your Community.
They can help with:
- your tenancy – from questions about communal services and landscaping, to concerns about low-level anti-social behaviour
- support requests – including pets or making changes to your home
- staying connected – helping you access local services and supporting a welcoming, friendly Community
Your CHM will also be a regular presence in your neighbourhood. They’ll welcome new Customers, attend local events, and spend time out and about to stay connected with you and your Community.
Keeping in Touch (KIT) visits
We’ll also arrange a Keeping in Touch (KIT) visit at least once a year.
A KIT visit is a friendly check in to:
- make sure your home remains safe
- see whether you need any wellbeing or additional support
- check your details are up to date
These visits help us understand what matters to you and make sure you’re getting the right support. We’ll always let you know in advance when your Community Housing Manager plans to visit.
During a visit, your CHM can also:
- talk through any accessibility needs
- offer support around finances or health
- discuss whether any adaptations could help you live more comfortably in your home
Getting in touch
Just a reminder – Your online account is still the quickest way to log repairs, make requests or get in touch with us.
If your enquiry needs a little extra support, it may be shared with your Community Housing Manager, who will be happy to help further.
