We’ve been providing people with homes and regenerating neighbourhoods for more than 50 years. That’s a long time. We’ve witnessed huge changes to homes, communities and people’s lives. And today we’re building and managing places to live and enjoy life for people of all ages and circumstances, all across the country.

Across our six companies, we own or manage a total of 72,621 social or affordable homes across the UK. That puts us among the UK’s largest affordable housing providers.
Our own approach
But the way we work is unlike anyone else’s. It’s about taking a commercial approach to delivering social outcomes. We plough every penny of our profits back into and helping people achieve their aspirations with a range of supported living (link) and care services, and making places work, not just now but for the next 50 years.
