What we look for

Our communities team look after neighbourhoods where people can live their best lives. They make sure that people and their community are well looked after. It’s a job that calls for a good grasp of tenancy, Anti-Social Behaviour, estate management and regulatory requirements. But above all, you’ll need the people skills to connect and build rapport.
