Elim is a charitable housing association and Registered Provider that provides over 800 homes across South-West England, South Wales and Birmingham.
Elim has a vision “to meet housing need and deliver homes that change people’s lives” and we are proud to have provided affordable housing and support services since 1963.
Our customers include families and single people living in our properties for rent or shared ownership and our homelessness-related services support over 500 people each year.
We are an ambitious organisation and look forward to delivering our plans for growth as part of the Places for People Group, which we joined in December 2025.
In recent years, Elim has successfully secured NHS funding to deliver an innovative programme of specialist supported housing. We are also one of the UK’s leading Registered Providers of Gypsy and Traveller accommodation. All these homes and specialist services step up to meet community need and add value to the areas where we work.
