Fly-tipping

Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of waste on the road, pavement or public land. 

If you are feeling affected by fly-tipping, then you need to let us know by reporting it via your online account or by calling our Customer Contact Centre on 01772 667002.  

Help us

We'll need you to answer a few questions to help us understand the problem, including:

• the location
• details of what's been dumped
• a photo to show the size / number of items

If you witnessed the rubbish being dumped please also let us know:

• what the person looked like
• the vehicle make, model, registration and what it looked like

Fines

People who fly-tip can get a fine of up to £50,000 and up to five year’s imprisonment.
