Fly-tipping is the illegal dumping of waste on the road, pavement or public land.

If you are feeling affected by fly-tipping then you need to let us know.

You can report it via your online account.

Help us

We'll need you to answer a few questions to help us understand the problem, including:

  • the location
  • details of what's been dumped
  • a photo to show the size / number of items

If you witnessed the rubbish being dumped please also let us know:

  • what the person looked like
  • the vehicle make, model, registration and what it looked like

Fines

People who fly-tip can get a fine of up to £50,000 and up to five year’s imprisonment.
