Places for People Celebrates Third Consecutive Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction

Places for People has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by securing a “Gold Award” from In-house Research Ltd for the third year in a row, highlighting our exceptional Customer service. 

In-house Research Ltd, an independent research company accredited by the Market Research Society, surveyed new homeowners from over 90 UK housebuilding brands, collecting over 20,000 responses to identify which developers are leading in Customer service. 

The "2025 Gold Award for Customer Satisfaction" is awarded to housebuilders whose Customers have overwhelmingly recommended them to their friends and family. Places for People once again achieved an excellent score, recommended by 93.9% of our Customers, over 3% higher than last year.
