Places for People named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for the second year running.

We are thrilled to be named one of the 2023 UK’s Best Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work® in the Super Large workplace category (1,000+ UK colleagues) for the second year in a row.
The list recognises organisations that value their People and create a culture of trust. To determine the list, Great Place to Work® conducts thorough evaluations of each company’s culture and employee experience.
Along with reviewing thousands of survey responses from colleagues, they also consider Culture Audits™ submitted by the organisation’s leaders to understand whether people really are at the heart of everything the organisation does – and whether colleagues agree.
So, we are thrilled to have made the list for another year running with our People highlighting the following statements as key reasons why Places for People is a great place to work: “I’m proud to tell others I work here”, “I feel I make a difference”, “My work has special meaning, it’s not just a job”, “People here are willing to give extra to get the job done”.
