Winter help, resources, and support from Places for People21 November 2023
Get help and support from our teams
We can help with budgeting, maximising your income through benefit take up and can point you in the right direction for more specialist help.
Our Winter Toolkit has been designed to be your one-stop shop for winter support from across the Places for People organisation and our partners. From handy how-to guides to signposting to food banks and financial support, a wealth of resources are available to get you through this tough time of year.

We also offer a range of print support for Customers who prefer to receive their 'ready for winter' support offline. We understand damp and mould can be a particular concern during the colder months, so we've published an updated damp and mould guide to help. It's full of the latest Government guidelines and top tips to reduce the risk of damp or mould in your home. You may have already received your copy if you rent your home from Places for People. However, if you have yet to receive yours or have misplaced it, you can request one by talking to your Place Manager or by calling our Customer Contact Centre on the numbers stated above.
